Mr. Wuillermin represents clients in a variety of practice areas, and is counsel for several multi-state businesses. Mr. Wuillermin regularly argues before the Superior Court of New Jersey as well as several municipalities, and offers mediation services as a certified state trained mediator who has facilitated multiple settlements of lawsuits in the Superior Court of New Jersey. Mr. Wuillermin is admitted to practice in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and the U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey.
Prior to forming the Law Offices of Dane August Wuillermin, Esq., Mr. Wuillermin was partner and associate at law firms servicing multiple states where he focused on several practice areas and took the lead on a wide range of cases. Mr. Wuillermin was previously the Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Nelson C. Johnson, J.S.C. in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Atlantic County, Law Division, Civil Part. While Judicial Law Clerk, Mr. Wuillermin gained experience in several fields of litigation including mass tort litigation, pharmaceutical litigation, general civil litigation, litigation from the Chancery Division including foreclosure matters, and litigation arising from the Open Public Record Act and Common Law Right of Access.

Mr. Wuillermin’s Judicial Clerkship was preceded by several notable internships with Superior Court Judges including the Honorable Nelson C. Johnson, J.S.C. (Spring 2014), the Honorable Carol E. Higbee, P.J. Civ. (Fall 2013), the Honorable Joseph E. Kane, J.S.C. (Summer 2013), the Honorable Mark H. Sandson, J.S.C. (Spring 2013), and the Honorable Michael Donio, P.J. Cr. (Fall 2012). Additionally, Mr. Wuillermin worked as a summer associate at a notable Philadelphia law firm in the Summer 2013. Mr. Wuillermin was also awarded the Pro Bono Graduation Distinction in law school for his work at the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office during the Summer 2012. Prior to entering law school, Mr. Wuillermin worked for an international company as an English teacher, SAT tutor and academic and social adviser to a class of South Korean exchange students.

Mr. Wuillermin is a graduate of Villanova University (B.A. Political Science; Minors in Philosophy and History) where he was awarded Dean’s List honors and the Delta Tau Delta National Fraternity Kershner Scholar Award. While in undergrad, Mr. Wuillermin completed Villanova University’s Political Science Washington D.C. Summer Program. Mr. Wuillermin graduated from Delaware Law School where he was awarded Dean’s List honors and the Pro Bono Graduation Distinction. While in law school, Mr. Wuillermin successfully completed the Business Organization Law Certificate Program.
